I acknowledge and agree to comply with all event rules, game formats, officiating decisions, and sportsmanship standards as established by the event organizers. I understand that rules, schedules, and formats may be adjusted at the organizers’ discretion and that violations may result in disciplinary action or removal without refund.

I understand that participation in this event involves inherent risks, including physical injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of myself and my team. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, venues, staff, officials, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from participation, except as required by law.

I further agree to indemnify and defend the event organizers against any claims, demands, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from my team’s participation, including the actions or omissions of players, coaches, parents, or spectators associated with my team.

I grant permission for the event organizers to capture and use photos, video, and other media featuring participants for promotional, marketing, and informational purposes. I confirm that I have informed my team, school, or organization and obtained any required approvals.

I understand that registration fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated by the event organizers, and that schedule changes or withdrawal do not guarantee a refund.
